Postage and Packing will cover guaranteed delivery within the U.K
Items up to £50.00: p&p @ £5.50
Items between £50.01 - £500: p&p @ £6.50
Items between £500.01 - £1000: p&p @ £7.50
For Larger items eg. Roses p&p @ £12.00
We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to goods posted by any means requested by a customer other than Guaranteed Delivery. Standard Post will be at customer's own risk.
We must be notified within 5 working days of lost or damaged goods.
Goods damaged in transit should be returned in their original packing for inspection.
Payments by cheque should be made payable to Andrew Swingler.
Orders will be despatched when your cheque has been cleared.
