LOSS OR DAMAGE:
Risk of loss and or damage passes to the customer on the day when the products/goods are received.
Damaged goods in transit must be reported immediately on receipt.
Non receipt of goods.Please contact us immediately after your delivery deadline has passed.
SPECIAL ORDERS / COMMISSIONS:
These are non refundable items: this is because they have been made to order and are not standard / stock items and cannot be re-sold.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELL:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchace you can return the unworn goods( WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS ).Returns ( MUST ) be made by special Delivery.
You may wish to cancel if you have been given notification of a price increase.We must also be informed if you would like to proceed with the transaction.
PRICE INCREASE:
We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products shown on our site.This may be due to the fluctuation in gold and silver.
Notification will be given to any customer of any price increase to any purchase they have made from our site before any transaction is made.
